Q: How do I sign-up for classes?
A: If you are new to CrossFit, you can setup a free private consultation by clicking here. If you are an experienced Crossfitter, you may bypass Foundations. Send us an email – info@crossfitpwm.com – to learn more.

Q: What’s the Free Class Policy?
A: The Free Class is open to Members and Visitors. If you are a 13x/Month Member, attending the Free Class will count as one of your Classes. If you bring a friend, go ahead and jump in and we will not count it.

Q: Do I need to reserve a spot in class ahead of time?
A:¬†Members can reserve a spot in class anytime up to two hours before class begins. Drop-ins – experienced CrossFitters from other gyms – need to provide 24-hours notice before class. If you’d like to drop-in, send an email to info@crossfitpwm.com

Q: How do I get a photo to show up next to my comments on the blog?
A: That’s a Gravatar! Go here to get one. Click on “Create Your Own Gravatar.”

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, 15% discount for Active Military, Active Law Enforcement, and Active Fire Fighters. 10% off Memberships for for same-household family members.

Q: Where do I park?
A: Park in any of the spaces that don’t have signage warning you to park elsewhere. If all the spaces are full, find a spot along the grass somewhere. Just don’t park on the grass, and don’t park anybody in.

Q: What should I wear to the gym?
A: Comfortable workout clothing and athletic sneakers. Bring lifting shoes if that’s how you roll.

Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes.

Q: Where can I put my clothes, gym bag, and stuff?
A: There is a storage area next to the bathrooms for Athletes’ belongings.
