Q: How do I sign-up for classes?
A: If you are new to CrossFit, you will first need to complete Foundations. If you are an experienced Crossfitter, you may bypass Foundations. In either case, head over to our Getting Started page to learn more.
Q: Where do I view the class schedule?
A: Right over here.
Q: What’s the Free Class Policy?
A: The Free Class is open to Members and Visitors. If you are a 13x/Month Member, attending the Free Class will count as one of your Classes. If you bring a friend, go ahead and jump in and we will not count it.
Q: That free class was awesome! How do I become a member?
A: Head back to our online Front Desk and click on “Plans and Passes.”
Q: I tried to enroll in a class, but Front Desk tells me I’m “too late.” How and when can I enroll in classes?
A: You can sign-up for PM classes at anytime, or even just show up and enroll when you arrive. AM classes require early enrollment. You may enroll up to 12 hours before the class begins. Once you have a Membership Plan or Pass, we recommend that you sign-up at the beginning of each week for all of the classes you plan on attending, and then cancel if it turns out you won’t be able to make it.
Q: How do I get a photo to show up next to my comments on the blog?
A: That’s a Gravatar! Go here to get one. Click on “Create Your Own Gravatar.”
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, 15% discount for Active Military, Active Law Enforcement, and Active Fire Fighters.
Q: Where do I park?
A: Park in any of the spaces that don’t have signage warning you to park elsewhere. If all the spaces are full, find a spot along the grass somewhere. Just don’t park on the grass, and don’t park anybody in.
Q: What should I wear to the gym?
A: Comfortable workout clothing and athletic sneakers. Bring lifting shoes if that’s how you roll.

A: There is a storage area next to the bathrooms for Athletes’ belongings.
