While diving right in might seem intimidating, we’ve designed our introductory program to ensure that you – regardless of your fitness background – have an experience that is fun, challenging, rewarding, and suited to your fitness level.

At CrossFit PWM, we strive to make your introduction to CrossFit more empowering than humbling, and you can experience that first-hand, for FREE, by setting up a private consultation with one of our trainers.


Walking into the gym the first time can be intimidating but, fear not, we’re certain you can do it. Here’s what’s on the agenda for your first session:

  • You’ll chat with one of our trainers. We’ll want to learn more about you and your goals, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
  • You’ll get an overview of our training methodology and you’ll get a clear picture of what to expect.
  • You’ll get specific recommendations on how to work towards your own fitness goals and rapidly improve your health and fitness.
  • Your coach will guide you through a warmup, workout, and cool-down, teaching you everything you need to know along the way. All of which will be personalized for your current fitness level.
